Meeting at the beach in Noordwijk

Have a meeting in a light and loose way, a presentation over certain products or innovations; there are many possibilities in our new beach pavilion, to talk and listen to eachother, but also be active on the beach followed by maybe a BBQ or dinner.

There is always a bit of sand on the floor, our tables of various hights, forms and sizes and have no tables cloths on them. We can not put the tables in a U shape and we do not provide pens and paper, the over head lighting is not TL- lighting but…. You are having your meeting in a unique location: the beach of Noordwijk, directly in front of the lighthouse, with a beautiful view of the sea. An inspiring environment, where you can let go of the day to day worries. A warm and inviting beach pavilion where, beside your meeting, you can relax and enjoy everything we have to offer.

Meeting packages include:

• unlimited coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso
• unlimited mineral waters and soft drinks
• cookies and mints on tables
• room rental
• WIFI and ADSL

The “meeting lunch” includes:

Tomato soup, kroket sandwich, cheese sandwich, milk, juices, coffee, tea, cappuccino and soft drinks. (other lunch packages are of course available)

For the BBQ, we chose our most popular package “De Schelpenvisser”. This is a package that offers a combination of different fish and meats, that our chefs grill live before the guests. The BBQ also includes diverse salads, sauces and breads. Take a look on the “barbecues” page for other BBQ packages.

Of course you can choose for a different lunch or barbecue package. A customized price will then be made for the entire package. Besides the barbecue we also have the possibility for group dinners. A closing party night is also in the possibilities. We are happy to advise in coming up with a program and draw up a non- binding offer for you. A combined price of different packages usually comes out lower then separate package bookings.
